UKU Event Announcements

This newsletter is intended to provide a simple stream of information about UKU events. At the point of launch, the intention is that this will provide a definitive source of the most important information relating to UKU events: - dates - registration processes - news updates in the weeks preceding an event (e.g. schedule released, etc)

OWT2 Final Spirit Scores #ukut2

Final scores now in. Thanks to the vast majority of teams who've now submitted them!

And congratulations to Jabba (Open) and Relentless (Women's) for their excellent results - we'll get the trophies to you at OWT3 (or by some other arrangement if you won't be there).

UKU OWT2 - Results and Spirit of the Game #ukut2

Congratulations to Clapham and Iceni once again, and to NEO and The Brown for winning their respective divisions.

Full results can of course be found on the online schedule -

UKU OWT2 - Final Info #ukut2

Just a few final things...

UKU OWT2 - Schedule and Info Pack

In a spectacular fit of organisation, the details for OWT2 in Nottingham are already available. Lots of team have a late start, so hopefully some can use this early information to plan their travel and save money.

Of course, this early release is only possible because of our stricter policies on drop-outs; if you do pull out now, expect to pay the fine!

UKU Membership Checks OWT1-2 2014 #ukut1 #ukut2

In the last six months we've been doing membership checks on a few of the teams at each of the UKU events.  We have found a low - but not insignificant - number of players forgetting to renew their membership. As a result we have decided to check ALL UK-based teams that played London Calling, and ALL UK-based teams that will attend OWT2.  We need full team-lists for both events - instructions as follows:
