Mixed Imperial March 23-24 2024 Draft Schedule Available

We’re looking forward to welcoming everyone to the start of the outdoor season at Mixed Imperial, 23-24 March at Imperial College Sports Ground.

Membership

ALL PLAYERS need a Full UKU Membership. Club admins can check the membership status of your players by logging into JustGo and going to “Club Members”.

Please note the following important information:

  1. Please collect your team disc from the TD on arrival. As this is a player fee event, you will also need to sign off on your rosters with the TD. Please note any additions or removals from your team on your roster sheet

  2. Parking at Imperial College Sports Ground is pretty limited so we are asking teams to help us out travel by public transport where possible or try and maximise carsharing. We also generally want to reduce the number of cars on the road travelling to our tournaments and we hope teams can get behind this! (some more information on the event page here).

  3. The fields and the clubhouse are on different sides of Sipson Lane.  Please take care when crossing the road!  Visibility is good, but many cars drive down that road more quickly than they should.

  4. Toilets are on the ground floor of the clubhouse. We are also intending to set up some portaloos on the pitch-side of the road but please double check the pitch map.

  5. Drinking water is available on the outside of the clubhouse (see pitch map).

  6. There will be a food truck onsite throughout the weekend.

  7. Please be aware that dogs are not allowed at this venue

  8. Flying drones is not permitted at this tournament.
