This is a UKU Open Tour event for teams in the division that have not entered the EUF Summer Tour event taking place at University of Leicester Sports Ground alongside the UKU event. If you have entered EUF Summer Tour, please do not enter UKU Leicester August Edition.
This event will follow the UKU Tournament Rules.
Please ensure your team has a Spirit Captain at all events. SOTG resources can be found here. Please submit Spirit scores promptly ideally after each game or by the end of play on each day. Scored submitted after midnight on the last day of the event may not be included in Spirit data.

Team Fees & Player Fees
The team fee at the point of entry is £150. There will be a £15 player fee collected closer to the event
Once teams have been confirmed, each team will need to make a payment based on the number of players on their roster.

Rosters:
All the teams must make sure that their team rosters are up to date on the system BEFORE Saturday morning of the event. Any issues, please email admin@ukultimate.com.

ON ARRIVAL - report to the TD Desk to sign off on your rosters and collect your team disc.
TOILETS - There are toilets inside the pavilion.
CAR PARKING - Parking is limited and there will not be quite enough space on site. Once the site is full, Participants should NOT park along Stoughton Road, especially not on the grass verge. There is some space at the Roger Bettles Sports centre on Manor Road, and Manor Road itself is wide and appropriate for on-street parking. Please be considerate to local residents. If you are able to travel by public transport, please do.
WATER - water is available from the pavilion
FOOD - Food will not be available on site but there is a farm shop cafe and pub a 5 minute walk from the pitches at Stoughton Grange. They have food and drink such as baguettes, sandwiches and pizza available to pre-order and takeaway. There are plenty of food shops within a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive.

Medical Support
There will be first aid / emergency cover on site, located near the TD desk / pavilion.

Safety
KEEP THE SIDELINES CLEAR - gaps between the pitches are for safety reasons, please do not sit in those gaps or fill them with items such as kit bags, chairs or prams. Certain sidelines are for players only.
Please do a visual check of the playing area and remain vigilant for any potential hazards on and close to the pitch.
Please take off your jewellery / watch / Fitbit, etc - We urge players to follow rule 3.4. in the Official WFDF Rules of Ultimate.

Spirit scores are entered using online forms (you’ll find the link using the button at the top of this page).
You should be able to access the form on a smartphone. If you have any issues please go to the TD desk.
Please aim to enter your scores after each game or by the end of play on each day. Scores submitted after midnight on the last day of the event are unlikely to be included in the Spirit data.

Before further information is announced teams should plan on the basis of play between approx. 9:00-18:00 on Saturday and 9:00-17:00 on Sunday.
