This event will follow the UKU Tournament Rules.

All players must have UKU Membership and be rostered to the relevant team on JustGO. Random roster checks will be carried out over the weekend - please ensure everyone has their student ID card with them. Full details on requirements for roster/eligibility checks can be found in the Event Specific Rule Appendix of the UKU Tournament Rules.
Please only take water bottles and other essentials (such as inhalers) to the pitches. You must NOT have bags or other belongings on the sidelines. Only those playing current games should be on the pitches.
Post game calls and Spirit circles should be done off the pitches. Do not block public walkways or fire exits.
It is never worth endangering yourself or others to get the disc. Always be aware of other players and your surroundings.

Surface: Hardcourt
Parking: There is parking available on site.
Timing: Saturday 10:00-17:00, Sunday 10:00-17:00.
On arrival a representative from you team should report to the TD desk and sign off on your roster.
Other info: There is a café on site and there are other options a short drive away.
Do NOT take food or drink into the hall itself, other than water in a properly sealed container.
Changing rooms, showers and toilets are on the ground floor. Please do not use the toilets/changing rooms near the lifts as these are for the Arena's gym users only.
