Club Open & Women’s Indoor Nationals (COWIN).

This event is open only to teams that qualify from the 2024-25 COIQ and CWIQ events. Entry details will be available to those teams.
Please note, all teams should have a nominated Spirit Captain.
This event will follow the UKU Tournament Rules.

All players must have UKU Membership and be rostered to the relevant team on JustGO. Random roster checks will be carried out over the weekend - please ensure everyone has their student ID card with them. Full details on requirements for roster/eligibility checks can be found in the Event Specific Rule Appendix of the UKU Tournament Rules.
Please only take water bottles and other essentials (such as inhalers) to the pitches. You must NOT have bags or other belongings on the sidelines. Only those playing current games should be on the pitches.
Post game calls and Spirit circles should be done off the pitches. Do not block public walkways or fire exits.
It is never worth endangering yourself or others to get the disc. Always be aware of other players and your surroundings.

Venue: Alan Higgs, Allard Way, Coventry, CV3 1HW
Surface: Rubbercrumb
Alan Higgs has a new pitch so this is new and important info. All players/coaches should, if possible, have moulded studs. No blades or metal studs, or flat shoes/astros will be permitted. Spectators should also try and follow these rules but can wear trainers if they stay off the playing area.
Only water/sports drinks can be consumed on the pitches, no food or hot drinks.
Directions / Parking: There should be plenty of parking but we recommend that you do not leave any valuables in your vehicles during the day.
Timing: Saturday 10:00-20:00, Sunday 09:00-17:00.
On arrival a representative from you team should report to the TD desk.
Other info: There is a cafe on site however we cannot guarantee food will be available. Please ensure all players and participants bring a good packed lunch and lots of snacks.
