We are holding ranking events for teams in the Mixed division on this weekend.
London Moooxed will be taking place at Edenbridge RFC and Grey Towers will be taking place at The Graham Sports Centre Durham University.

Entries to both events are currently open on a first come first served basis.
Rosters:
All the teams must make sure that their team rosters are up to date on the system BEFORE Saturday morning of the event. Any issues, please email admin@ukultimate.com.

All players must have up-to-date full membership for the event

ON ARRIVAL - report to the TD Desk on arrival to receive any important notices & to collect your team disc. There will not be a separate captain’s meeting, but every team should make sure that a representative checks in on arrival.

DRIVING / PARKING
If travelling by car, please car share wherever possible. There are two car parks on site with a total capacity of 90 cars - one where the satnav will take you (signposted the rugby club) and one larger one slightly down the main road (signposted the recreation ground). This should be plenty of space but if full, do not park on verges or on the surrounding residential streets. There are car parks in Edenbridge, a five minute walk away, which are free.
Please DO NOT park on the road leading to the venue on the kerb. This is to support ongoing positive relationships between the venue and local residents.
Food:
There will be food and drink on sale for a food vendor.
The nearest shops can be found in the town centre which is a 5 min walk away, with the largest being a Waitrose at TN8 5LN.
Water:
Water will be available from the tap on the side of the pavilion. We recommend players bring AT LEAST two x 1 litre reusable water bottles.

Showers and toilets:
Changing rooms, showers and toilets will be located in the pavilion. Signs will indicate which are male and female.
Parking:
There will be plenty of parking on site or nearby. Please park responsibly.
Water:
Water will be available from taps based in and around the sports centre. There are also drinking water taps on outside of the boathouse.
We recommend that players bring AT LEAST two 1 litre water bottles with them.
Food:
The cafe in the sports centre will be open most of the weekend.

There will be first aid / emergency cover on site, located near the TD desk.

Safety
KEEP THE SIDELINES CLEAR - gaps between the pitches are for safety reasons, please do not sit in those gaps or fill them with items such as kit bags, chairs or prams. Certain sidelines are for players only.
Please do a visual check of the playing area and remain vigilant for any potential hazards on and close to the pitch.
Please take off your jewellery / watch / Fitbit, etc - We urge players to follow rule 3.4. in the Official WFDF Rules of Ultimate.

Spirit scores are entered using online forms (you’ll find the link using the button at the top of this page).
You should be able to access the form on a smartphone. If you have any issues please go to the TD desk.
Please aim to enter your scores after each game or by the end of play on each day. Scores submitted after midnight on the last day of the event are unlikely to be included in the Spirit data.

Before further information is announced teams should plan on the basis of play between approx. 9:00-18:00 on Saturday and 9:00-17:00 on Sunday.
