UKU Club National Championships 2023 will return to Highfields Sports Complex, University of Nottingham, on 26-27 August.
In 2023, UKU Nationals Championships will remain combined with EUCR-West which is the qualification event for the European Club Finals (EUCF).

UK teams qualify for UKU Nationals via Regionals.
Events must be entered by club administrators via their membership profile.
The team and player fees will be confirmed closer to the event.

TRAM - Please be mindful whenever you need to cross the tram track, either in a car or by foot. Please check both ways.
NO DOGS - PLEASE tell all friends and family planning to come along and watch that dogs are NOT permitted on site at the fields.
ON ARRIVAL - report to the TD Desk to receive any important notices, sign off on your roster and to collect your team disc.
There will not be a separate captain’s meeting, but every team should make sure that a representative checks in on arrival.
SHOWERS & TOILETS - changing rooms, showers and toilets will be located on site. Signs will indicate which are male and female.
TRAVEL - the venue is a 20 minute bus / 10 minute car journey from Nottingham Station.
CAR PARKING - Parking is available at the hockey club next to Highfields. There is a gate for access between the hockey club and Highfields.
WATER - water will be available from taps based in and around the main building. There are also outdoor taps on the back of the cricket pavilion. We recommend that players bring at least two 1 litre water bottles with them.
FOOD - food will be available on site.

Please use the end of the car park closest to Highfields Sports Complex. We will direct you to overflow parking if need be.

Medical Support:
There will be an emergency medical team and physios on site, located near the TD desk / pavilion building.
If you are unable to find them, please speak to the TD as the medical team will be contactable via radio throughout the weekend.

You may need to call 111 to determine the most appropriate location for emergency/urgent treatment - depending on the circumstances.
Please note - except in the case of an emergency where the medical team deems it necessary to take a player to hospital in the ambulance, we are not able to offer the facility of driving players to the hospital, nor sending a volunteer to look after and stay with them.
Safety:
KEEP THE SIDELINES CLEAR - gaps in between pitches are for safety reasons, please do not sit in these gaps or leave any items there (including kit bags, chairs or prams). Certain sidelines are for players ONLY!
THE PLAYING AREA - please do a visual check of the playing area and remain vigilant for any potential hazards on or close to the pitch.
TAKE OFF YOUR WATCH/FITBIT/ JEWELLERY - we urge players to follow rule 3.4. in the Official WFDF Rules of Ultimate.

Spirit scores are entered using online forms (you’ll find the link using the button at the top of this page).
You should be able to access the form on a smartphone. If you have any issues please go to the TD desk.
Please aim to enter your scores after each game or by the end of play on each day. Scores submitted after midnight on the last day of the event are unlikely to be included in the Spirit data.
