University Mixed Outdoor Nationals (UXON) 2022 will be held at The Pavilion, Moor Lane, Birmingham.
This event will also host the new UKUUC Awards Night to celebrate everything achieved over the season in University Ultimate.
UXON has recently been expanded to host ‘Not Uni Nats’ alongside the UXON competition. This is open to all universities who may want to send a team of current players and alumni.

NO DOGS - please tell all friends and family planning to come along and watch that dogs are NOT permitted on site at the fields.
ON ARRIVAL - report to the TD Desk on arrival to receive any important notices & to collect your team disc. There will not be a separate captain’s meeting, but every team should make sure that a representative checks in on arrival.
SHOWERS & TOILETS - changing rooms, showers and toilets will be located in the pavilion. Signs will indicate which are male and female.
CAR PARKING - There will be plenty of parking on site. Please park responsibly.
WATER - Water will be available from taps based in and around the sports centre. We recommend that players bring AT LEAST two 1 litre water bottles with them.
FOOD - There will be food available on site for sale.

Saturday night at UXON will see the first ever UKUUC Awards Night!
The awards night will celebrate everything achieved over the season. There are 10 categories being awarded.
Stay on site for your evening food! There will be meat (£8) and vegan (£5) meal boxes available and the bar is open from 6pm to midnight. The Awards will start at approximately 7:30pm.

‘NOT UNI NATS’ entry is open to all University clubs. Ideally current members will get places on squads as a priority, but alumni can play too!

Free camping is available onsite for both Friday and Saturday nights.
Please note the campsite rules:No cooking of any kind allowed on site
No fires allowed
No smoking allowed
Pitch your tent in the marked areas
Walkways should be left clear so people can navigate through the campsite
Please ensure you put any rubbish in the bins provided
Be considerate of others who may be trying to sleep nearby
Any belongings left in the campsite area is at the risk of the owner and both the venue and UKU take no responsibility for the loss or damage of any items.
ANYONE BREAKING THESE RULES MAY BE ASKED TO LEAVE

Safety
KEEP THE SIDELINES CLEAR - Gaps in between pitches are for safety reasons, please do not sit in those gaps or fill them with items such as kit bags, chairs or any other equipment. Certain sidelines are for players ONLY so keep an eye out on where you sit!
THE PLAYING AREA - Please do a visual check of the playing area and remain vigilant for any potential hazards on and close to the pitch.
TAKE OFF YOUR WATCH/FITBIT/ JEWELLERY - We urge players to follow rule 3.4. in the Official WFDF Rules of Ultimate.

Spirit scores are entered using the online form (coming soon).
You should be able to access the form on a smartphone. If your team does not have access to a smartphone or you have any issues, facilities may be available at the TD desk to input your scores.
Please enter your scores promptly after your games, and at the latest before midnight on on the last day of the event. Scores submitted after this time will not be included. For more information from the Spirit of the Game committee, please look here.
Please note, the SOTG winner is often awarded at the end of play on the last day of the event.

Teams should plan on the basis of play between approx 0900-1800 on Saturday and 0900-1700 on Sunday.
