This is a UKU Women’s Tour event for all teams in the division. We are planning to stream games from WUC 2024 for players to watch throughout the tournament, subject to timings.

This event will follow the UKU Tournament Rules.
Please ensure your team has a Spirit Captain at all events. SOTG resources can be found here. Please submit Spirit scores promptly ideally after each game or by the end of play on each day. Scored submitted after midnight on the last day of the event may not be included in Spirit data.

Team Fees & Player Fees
The team fee at the point of entry is £150.
Once teams have been confirmed, each team will need to make a payment based on the number of players on their roster.

Rosters:
All the teams must make sure that their team rosters are up to date on the system BEFORE Saturday morning of the event. Any issues, please email admin@ukultimate.com.

All players must have up-to-date full membership for the event

On Arrival:
Please report to the TDs to collect your team disc and sign off on your roster.
Toilets and water:
Toilets and water are available inside the clubhouse. There are also drinking water taps on the outside of the clubhouse, please see the pitch map for details
Car Parking:
There is plenty of parking available at the venue. There are other events at the venue this weekend so please be considerate of other users when parking. Please follow the signs for Rugby Club parking and do not park in the Tennis or Padel club spaces.
Food:
There will be food available onsite throughout the weekend. Coffee and breakfast will be available on arrival and the bar will be open from 4pm onwards. Please note there are no shops in easy walking distance.
Camping:
We expect that teams will be able to camp onsite at this tournament, more details will be confirmed ASAP.

Safety
KEEP THE SIDELINES CLEAR - gaps between the pitches are for safety reasons, please do not sit in those gaps or fill them with items such as kit bags, chairs or prams. Certain sidelines are for players only.
Please do a visual check of the playing area and remain vigilant for any potential hazards on and close to the pitch.
Please take off your jewellery / watch / Fitbit, etc - We urge players to follow rule 3.4. in the Official WFDF Rules of Ultimate.

Spirit scores are entered using online forms (you’ll find the link using the button at the top of this page).
You should be able to access the form on a smartphone. If you have any issues please go to the TD desk.
Please aim to enter your scores after each game or by the end of play on each day. Scores submitted after midnight on the last day of the event are unlikely to be included in the Spirit data.

Before further information is announced teams should plan on the basis of play between approx. 9:00-18:00 on Saturday and 9:00-17:00 on Sunday.
