Club Indoor Qualifiers 24-25 Update - Cranford Venue Issues
As some of you may have seen, a number of our events in November due to take place in Cranford have been moved due to issues with the dome at Cranford. Unfortunately, there have been delays in repairs to the dome which means that CXIQ (1 Dec) and CWIQ (7-8 Dec) due to be held at Cranford can no longer be held there. While this is out of our control, we do understand that this will be frustrating for the teams involved.
CXIQ Cranford - 1 Dec
Teams who had entered this event have a number of options:
Move entry to CXIQ Bristol - due to be held at SGS Wise on Nov 30 - Dec 1.
Move entry to CXIQ Nottingham - due to be held at Wildcats on Jan 25-26.
Move entry to CXIQ Cranford - due to be held at Cranford on Jan 25-26.
Withdraw from CXIQ for a full refund.
All teams entered into CXIQ Cranford (1st Dec) should email events@ukultimate.com to indicate their preference(including if they don’t mind which event they go to) by Friday Nov 8th at midday. Any teams who believe they are going to struggle to confirm their preference within this time frame should contact events@ukultimate.com.
Please bear in mind that the events listed above have limited space and if they are oversubscribed, we may not be able to accommodate everyone. If you are able to attend more than one of these events, please include that in your email.
CWIQ Cranford 7-8 Dec and COIQ Cranford 12 Jan
Because CWIQ can no longer be held at Cranford on 7-8 Dec, it will now take place at Cranford on Jan 12, which was originally intended as a COIQ. All teams who entered CWIQ on 7-8 Dec should email events@ukultimate.com to confirm whether or not they will be attending on Jan 12. Teams that cannot attend and wish to drop out will be offered a full refund.
COIQ will no longer be held at Cranford on Jan 12 and teams that have entered this have a number of options:
Move entry to COIQ Coventry - due to be held at Alan Higgs on Dec 7-8.
Move entry to COIQ Nottingham - due to be held at Wildcats on Jan 11-12.
Move entry to COIQ Cranford - due to be held at Cranford on Jan 18-19.
Withdraw from COIQ for a full refund.
All teams entered into COIQ Cranford (12th Jan) should email events@ukultimate.com to indicate their preference (including if they don’t mind which event they go to) by Friday Nov 8th at midday. Any teams who believe they are going to struggle to give us an answer within this time frame should contact events@ukultimate.com.
