Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Survey 2021

We would like to have a better understanding of the demographic profile of the people who participate in Ultimate in the UK, and so we are running this survey during December to help us gather the data. The goal is to provide a benchmark against which we can set up and monitor action plans to promote improved diversity and inclusion within the sport.

Please complete this survey if you have participated (played/coached/volunteered) in Ultimate in the UK during 2021, regardless of whether you were a UKU member. It should take less than two minutes. Please share the link with other people you think may be interested.
