In celebration of International Spirit of the Game Day, congratulations to Black Sheep: UK Ultimate Spirit of the Game - Club of the Year - 2022.
During the 2022 club season we took a decision to start a shift in the way we process, publish and celebrate Spirit of the Game by creating this SOTG results site to share data across all of our events in one place.
To celebrate iSOTG Day 2022, we are creating two new annual awards:
Spirit of the Game - Club of the Year, to be announced at the end of the outdoor club season; and
Spirit of the Game - University of the Year, which will be announced and awarded at the UKUUC Awards Night at University Mixed Outdoor Nationals in June.
To calculate scores we combine data across the three divisions and teams within a club. In 2023, we intend to add indoor data into the club awards. This is already happening for the 2023 University Award.
Black Sheep are our first recipients of this award. Congratulations to the whole club!
