Membership

ALL PLAYERS need a Full UKU Membership. Club admins can check the membership status of your players by logging into JustGo and going to “Club Members”.

Please note the following important information for both tournaments

Please collect your team disc from the TD on arrival. As both events are player fee events, you will also need to sign off on your rosters with the TD. Please note any additions or removals from your team on your roster sheet

  • Score Submission:

As we did at this venue last year, we would like teams to submit their match scores to the TDs via WhatsApp. There is a community here with a group which team representatives can join to submit these scores. Please be aware that numbers will be visible to all those who join the group and you are therefore under no obligation to join if you do not wish for your personal information to be shared.

    Toilets and water:

Toilets and water are available inside the pavilion.

    Car Parking:

There is plenty of parking available at the venue. There are other events at the venue this weekend so please be considerate of other users when parking.

    Food:

There will be no food available on site during the weekend but there are a number of shops within a 30 minute walk/5 minute drive.

No dogs are allowed on the pitches

The draft schedule can be viewed here.

  • Toilets and water:

Water will be available from taps based in and around the sports centre. We recommend that players bring AT LEAST two 1 litre water bottles with them as the taps are not directly next to the pitches.

Please note that the toilets directly next to the pitches are out of order but there are portaloos available closer to the pitches and more toilets in the pavilion. Please see the pitch map for more details.

    Car Parking:

There is plenty of parking available at the venue. There are other events at the venue this weekend so please be considerate of other users when parking.

    Food:

We do not expect there to be food available on site during the weekend. There is food available to buy at the train station which is a 5-10 minute walk. The nearest supermarkets are a short drive away (3-4 mins).

No dogs are allowed on site

The draft schedule can be viewed here.
