Uni Mixed (UXON) Update
Please see below for news about camping, the 10am start time, Saturday night food and UKUUC awards and confirming your roster.
Camping
For teams who are planning on camping we need you to let us know so we have an idea of numbers on each night. Please ensure that a team representative completes our UXON camping form before 9am on Friday 1st July.
Please also note these important rules:
No cooking of any kind allowed on site
No fires allowed
No smoking allowed
Pitch your tent in the marked areas
Walkways should be left clear so people can navigate through the campsite
Please ensure you put any rubbish in the bins provided
Be considerate of others who may be trying to sleep nearby
Any belongings left in the campsite area is at the risk of the owner and both the venue and UKU take no responsibility for the loss or damage of any items.
ANYONE BREAKING THESE RULES MAY BE ASKED TO LEAVE
Awards & Saturday Evening Food
Saturday night at UXON will see the first ever UKUUC Awards Night!
The awards night will celebrate everything achieved over the season. There are 10 categories being awarded.
Stay on site for your evening food! There will be meat (£8) and vegan (£5) meal boxes available and the bar is open from 6pm to midnight. The Awards will start at approximately 7:30pm.
Start Time & Schedule
We’ve had some dropouts this week meaning that unfortunately the schedule is still a work in progress. However we can confirm that the first games on Saturday morning will start at 10am.
Rosters & Membership
Please make sure your team rosters are up to date on JustGo BEFORE Saturday morning, with all players having up-to-date Full Uni membership for the event.
What do we need to do?
You need a club administrator to login to JustGo and click on “team profiles” in the menu. Then select the team that was actually entered into the event using the blue box on the left. Now click on “team members” followed by “add members” and select ONLY the players who are playing with the team this weekend. Click done and you’re finished.
