UKU UXIR 4-5 November 2023 - Draft Schedules Available
The draft schedules for University Mixed Indoor Regionals, taking place on 4-5 Nov 2023 across various regions, are now available.
Please note the following important information for all tournaments:
Membership - ALL PLAYERS at UXIR need Basic UKU Membership. Club admins can check the membership status of your players by logging into JustGo and going to “Club Members”.
Rosters - All UXIR teams must make sure that their team rosters are up to date on JustGo by 23:59 on the Thursday before the event.
Seedings - Please note that we make some minor adjustments to the published seedings, in order to avoid teams from the same University being in the same first-round pool.

ON ARRIVAL - report to the TD Desk to receive any important notices. There will not be a separate captain’s meeting, but every team should make sure that a representative checks in on arrival.
VENUE INFO - Please do not warmup in the hallways or corridors. There will be space in the middle of the hall for both spirit circles and warmups.
Please note that additional space for players has been booked for downtime between games. On Saturday the John Jarrold room has been booked from 8am-6pm and on Sunday the Roger Bannister room has been booked from 8am-5pm.
CAR PARKING - During the weekends, the UEA main carpark is free to all users of the SportsPark, when entering you will be given a yellow token which can then be validated at the SportsPark reception desk.
FOOD - There is a café on site.

ON ARRIVAL - report to the TD Desk to receive any important notices. There will not be a separate captain’s meeting, but every team should make sure that a representative checks in on arrival.
VENUE INFO - No metal studs should be worn on the synthetic pitch. Moulded studs or cleats are recommended. This venue requires portable pitch lines. Please be careful when playing to avoid tripping over them.
There are important requirements about keeping bags at the edge of the room, and staying in certain areas when not directly involved in games. This is about maintaining the field in good condition, which affects the venue’s FIFA rating. Please respect these rules.
CAR PARKING - There is plenty of parking on-site
FOOD - There is no food available on site and very few options within walking distance so we recommend bringing food for the day.

CAR PARKING - Parking is available on site for free for participants of UXIR.
FOOD - There is a café on site open from 8am-6pm.

CAR PARKING - Follow signs to University/Derriford and then to Marjon Sports and Health Centre. You must park in the main campus car park for FREE parking. You must also register your vehicle via the JustPark app and pay for any parking outside of the free period. If in doubt please ask reception or the TDs.
FOOD - There is a café on site and other food options a short walk from the venue.

CAR PARKING - Parking is available on site. Please use the gravel car park, which can be found using the postcode B42 2TP.
FOOD - There is no food available on-site so please make sure you bring everything you need with you. There are some shops in walking distance.
