UXON Roster Submission and Camping Information
Rosters
All teams attending UXON need to submit a roster before Thursday 20th June 23:59. Confirmed teams for UXON can be found here.
The process for submitting this roster has changed compared to previous years. To submit your player roster, you will need to be logged into JustGo as the club administrator for the team whose player roster you wish to submit. Click add on the ticket for the relevant event. This will bring up another window where you can select the relevant club from the drop down menu on the top right. This club's players should then appear and you should then select the players that are attending the tournament. Your players will need to join the club on JustGo before you can add them to the roster.

All teams will need to sign off on these rosters on Saturday morning of the event. You will be able to do this at tournament HQ with the TDs (you can just come and do this before your first game, you do not need to be there first thing on Saturday)
All players attending UXON must have Uni/U18 full membership/Full membership. You'll only be able to submit a player for your roster if they hold the required membership.

Camping
Please use this form to let us know if you're planning on camping at Moor Lane. This should be completed by team contacts on behalf of their team, not by individuals, so we have 1 response per team.
Please note the following rules whilst camping on-site:
No cooking of any kind allowed on site
No fires allowed
No smoking allowed
Pitch your tent in the marked areas
Walkways should be left clear so people can navigate through the campsite
Please ensure you put any rubbish in the bins provided
Be considerate of others who may be trying to sleep nearby
Any belongings left in the campsite area is at the risk of the owner and both the venue and UKU take no responsibility for the loss or damage of any items.
ANYONE BREAKING THESE RULES MAY BE ASKED TO LEAVE
There is security on site but no direct supervision, nor medical / emergency cover on site and that by completing the form, your team is acknowledging this. Individuals will not be permitted to camp unless their team contact has completed this form.
The changing rooms will be open throughout the night with access to toilets, showers and water.
