UK Ultimate is committed to fostering the principles of Spirit of the Game at all levels, as described in the UKU Spirit of the Game Policy. The Spirit of the Game Committee facilitates this by engaging with development, education and outreach, from grassroots level to elite national representative teams. The Committee is responsible for:

• Developing and sharing educational resources relating to Spirit of the Game.

• Providing input for training and development.

• Reviewing Spirit scoring results from UKU tournaments.

• Acting where necessary to resolve Spirit issues with specific teams or participants.

• Providing resources and support to elite teams at major international competitions (including club teams competing at events such as WUCC).
