ON ARRIVAL - report to the TD Desk on arrival to receive any important notices & to collect your team disc. There will not be a separate captain’s meeting, but every team should make sure that a representative checks in on arrival.
SHOWERS & TOILETS -
The toilets in the changing room block are male only, whilst female toilets are in the clubhouse building.
There are limitations on the showers and changing rooms as they are not currently mixed gender friendly. The changing facilities will be allocated men for the first half of an hour and female for the second half of the hour. Please pay attention to and follow the signage.
CAR PARKING - There should be sufficient parking for those who need to come by car. Please park responsibly.
Participants are encouraged to use public transport where possible.
WATER - Water will be available from taps based in and around the sports centre. We recommend that players bring AT LEAST two 1 litre water bottles with them.
FOOD - The club plan to open their cafe from 9am to 6pm for tea and coffee, soft drinks, cake, fruit and snack bars. We are working on arranging more substantial food, which will probably be a BBQ (to be confirmed).
Alternatively, there is a Tesco Express and Sainsbury's Local in Herne Hill, 15 minutes' walk away, and another Tesco Express on Croxted Road, 19 minute's walk.
SAT EVENING - There is a private party in the clubhouse on Saturday evening, so players are asked to be considerate of this as play is finishing on Saturday. We will all need to be away from the site efficiently.

Events are entered by club administrators via the entry event on JustGo.
UKU MEMBERSHIP - All players competing at the event need FULL membership. Please make sure it is up to date on the JustGo website.

Safety
KEEP THE SIDELINES CLEAR - Gaps in between pitches are for safety reasons, please do not sit in those gaps or fill them with items such as kit bags, chairs or prams. Certain sidelines are for players ONLY so keep an eye out on where you sit!
THE PLAYING AREA - Please do a visual check of the playing area and remain vigilant for any potential hazards on and close to the pitch.
TAKE OFF YOUR WATCH/FITBIT/ JEWELLERY - We urge players to follow rule 3.4. in the Official WFDF Rules of Ultimate.

Spirit scores are entered using this online form (the link will be posted closer to the event).
You should be able to access the form on a smartphone. If your team does not have access to a smartphone or you have any issues, facilities may be available at the TD desk to input your scores.
Please enter your scores after your games, and at the latest before midnight on on the last day of the event. Scores submitted after this time will not be included.
Please note, the SOTG winner is often awarded at the end of play on the last day of the event.
