This is a UKU Ranking event for the Open Division (unfortunately there were not enough teams entered to run a Women’s Division at this event).

Open teams will be asked to enter without confirmation of the venue they will be allocated to. The top teams (based in part on the results from Windfarm) will be invited to enter the Reading event. All other Open teams will be invited to Cambridge. Exact numbers of teams at each venue will be based on the number of teams that enter.
If your team will only attend one location please let us know on the entry form.
Entry deadline is Wednesday 8th June
We aim to have allocated teams to an event by Friday 17th June.

UKU MEMBERSHIP - All players competing at the event need FULL membership. Please make sure it is up to date on the JustGo website.

NO DOGS - please tell all friends and family that are planning to come.
ON ARRIVAL - report to the TD Desk on arrival to receive any important notices & to collect your team disc. There will not be a separate captain’s meeting, but every team should make sure that a representative checks in on arrival.
SHOWERS & TOILETS - changing rooms, showers and toilets will be located in the pavilion. Signs will indicate which are male and female. Toilets are not open until 08.45am.
CAR PARKING - There will be plenty of parking on site or nearby. Please park responsibly.
WATER - Water will be available from taps based in and around the sports centre, and in the pavilion.
We recommend players bring AT LEAST two x 1 litre reusable water bottles.
FOOD - There is a Café on site at the Sports Park and corner shops nearby.

Safety:
KEEP THE SIDELINES CLEAR - Gaps in between pitches are for safety reasons, please do not sit in those gaps or fill them with items such as kit bags, chairs or prams. Certain sidelines are for players ONLY so keep an eye out on where you sit!
THE PLAYING AREA - Please do a visual check of the playing area and remain vigilant for any potential hazards on and close to the pitch.
TAKE OFF YOUR WATCH/FITBIT/ JEWELLERY - We urge players to follow rule 3.4. in the Official WFDF Rules of Ultimate.

Spirit scores are entered using this online form (the link will be posted closer to the event).
You should be able to access the form on a smartphone. If your team does not have access to a smartphone or you have any issues, facilities may be available at the TD desk to input your scores.
Please enter your scores after your games, and at the latest before midnight on on the last day of the event. Scores submitted after this time will not be included.

Teams should plan on the basis of play between approx. 09:00-18:00 on Saturday and 09:00-17:00 on Sunday.
